These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and Won99 (hereinafter "Won99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at won99.cam (the "Website").

To register and maintain an account on Won99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the operation of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Won99 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities. This is a strict condition. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on Won99. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including deposits and bonus funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Won99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify this information at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Won99 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.

You must notify Won99 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Won99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict access to the affected account pending resolution.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Do not access your Won99 account from shared, public, or unsecured devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional security.
• Use a unique, strong password not reused across other online services.

Won99 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from Won99 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Won99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of supported payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as Visa/Mastercard and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT).

The following general rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Won99 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing withdrawals.
• Processing time: Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and prevailing transaction volumes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer due to network confirmation requirements.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit confirmation.

Won99 reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional documentation, or delay processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Won99 maintains an anti-money laundering (AML) policy in line with the requirements of its international gaming licence.

Won99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general bonus terms apply across all promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute differently to the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and specialty titles may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–30%) compared to slots (typically 100%). • Maximum bet restriction: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round using bonus funds is RM25, unless stated otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
• Time limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated time period. Unexpired bonuses that exceed their validity window will be removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Players may generally only participate in one bonus promotion at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.

Won99 reserves the right to modify, restrict, cancel, or clawback any bonus at its sole discretion where it determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or through the exploitation of any error or technical malfunction.

All bets and game rounds placed on Won99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for understanding the rules applicable to each game or market before participating.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Won99 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error, technical failure, or as required by the rules of the relevant sporting event or casino game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or disconnection during a game round or live bet, Won99 will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the session and credit or debit the account accordingly. In cases where this is not possible, the relevant wager may be voided and the stake returned.
• Won99 reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or void bets at its sole discretion where it identifies unusual betting patterns or suspected abuse.
• Sports betting markets are governed by the rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, UFC for mixed martial arts). Results are settled according to the official results announced by the relevant governing body.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The results of all RNG-certified games are independent and cannot be influenced by any party.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Won99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, including accounts under alternative names or identities.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting patterns with other players or third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies ("overlay") in a systematic or deliberate manner.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling tools, including self-exclusion restrictions.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Won99 staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the Won99 Website and platform, including but not limited to logos, trade names, trademarks, graphics, text, software, user interfaces, and game assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of Won99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and platform solely for the purpose of participating in the Services in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted, expressly or by implication.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works of any content on the Won99 platform without the prior written consent of Won99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Won99, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.

Won99's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Won99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Won99 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and supporting the wellbeing of its players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. • The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with a deposit.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Won99 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Won99 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Won99's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority.

Before escalating any dispute to arbitration, players are encouraged to contact Won99 customer support in the first instance. Won99 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. The internal complaints procedure does not affect your statutory rights.

Won99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice to individual players. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the Won99 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
